After her well-received first post on Parshat Yitro part II, I decided to translate part I as well. Nira Amit is an upcoming star in the Kofer world! ;)
The hair-cutting, kippa- and tzitzis-donning scene seemed staged.
Anyway, nice video! She speaks well and argues well. National revelation, while less common than private revelation stories, is not unique to Yiddishkeit.
All: Nira is working on her next parasha video, after which she will send me more transcripts to be translated. Quite time-consuming but I think we owe it to her to make her more well-known to the general public!
