Morality: Only for Orthodox Jews?

  2. UK: There's quite some irony in this post, as an Orthodox Jew very possibly would not return the wallet if it belonged to a Gentile. He could state that there's no halachic need for him to do so.

    Even "better": He could state that it is halachically prohibited for him to do so.

    I wouldn't necessarily have faith in people's conscience either.
